How much is shipping?
Shipping will be estimated at the end of the purchase. Once you “check out”, the total amount
to pay will include all shipping and handling costs.
Can I sell you items via internet or instore?
Unfortunately not, we are currently not purchasing any shoes. Hopefully we can implement
these practices later in the future.

Shipping Policy
We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible. We are presently providing only Ground
Shipping. All orders are fulfilled through UPS Ground within the United States. No International
Shipping will be completed as of now.
If you have any concerns or requests about shipping methods or address changes, please email
suelamiami@gmail.com. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be provided with a
tracking number. The timeline below should only be used as a rough guideline for estimating
delivery times:
UPS Ground / 1–5 business days (domestic)
Please keep in mind that shipping times vary by region, and we cannot guarantee them since it
is through a third-party and circumstances are beyond our control. When placing a purchase,
we also ask that our clients please provide your phone number. This will greatly assist you in
ensuring that orders are cleared and arrive in a timely manner.
The carrier assumes responsibility for the safe delivery of our outbound orders after they are
transferred to our carriers.
Guidelines for Pick-Up in Store:
• Pickup in Store: Head over to the checkout desk within the store’s open hours, provide the email confirmation and get the handoff.
How long will my order be held?
We understand that things can happen, so we'll put an additional seven-day hold on your order. Arrive whenever suits you. We'll even remind you through email. Just make sure to contact us as soon as possible to infomiami@suelastore.com to make this arrangements.
What happens if I'm late picking up the order?
If you aren’t able to pick up your items within the appointed timeframe after your order was placed, we’ll automatically cancel the order and process an In-Store credit. Remember that no exchanges or refunds can be done once the order has been processed, so make sure that you double check everything beforehand.
Can someone else get my order on my behalf?
We only release orders to the individual who placed them, out of concern for your safety. But don’t worry, we’ll hold your items for fourteen days, giving you plenty of time to swing by.
